About Me
Anjali Ghosh is a current freshman at Cornell University in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences. Her deep interest in the underlying mechanisms of the brain and providing care and treatment for those suffering from neurological diseases had led her to major in Biology and minor in Global Health. With this, she hopes to pursue a medical degree and then further work with people by traveling with Doctor Without Borders. Her Guyanese heritage and immigrant upbringing have widened her eyes to the staunch inequalities in healthcare that permeate our world. Because of this, she strives to bring attention to the disparities that exist in the South American healthcare system and work to provide treatment and educational opportunities for those who are unable to access them.
